“Personal data” refers to any information regarding a person or an organization through which they can be directly or indirectly identified, such as their name, age, telephone number, postal or e-mail address.

Generally, data required includes:

address (including the e-mail address), name and surname, company or corporate and trading name, VAT and tax identification number, telephone and fax numbers.

The IT systems and related software procedures designed to run FAVERO’s website collect personal data in order to gather anonymous statistics on the website use and monitor its proper operation. This data may permit identification through processing and association with information held by third-parties. To prevent this from occurring, the data is immediately erased after being processed and retained for no longer than 7 (seven) days, exception made in case of assessments on liability of computer crimes and damages to the website.

Personal data can never be disclosed without the user’s consent, exception made for the following cases:

  • To carry out activities on behalf of the user such as preparation of orders, delivery of goods, sending of mail or e-mails and processing of payments, FAVERO will communicate the data to its employees, third parties or companies that are not allowed to use them for other purposes and that shall process them in compliance with the law (e.g. transportation companies, banks, insurances, professionals, etc.).

Therefore, FAVERO shall:

In general, the user can visit FAVERO’s website freely and without having to provide any personal data. Nevertheless, unless the user provides his/her personal data when filling out request forms, FAVERO may not be able to sell the product, send information material or other communications.

The user has the right to access his/her personal data, update it, correct or eliminate any inaccuracies and to oppose, in part or in whole, to its processing. To do this, the user may contact FAVERO by e-mail or telephone, providing FAVERO with some identification data, in order to ensure privacy.
